NextGen Canadian Artists Alliance is a non-profit organization dedicated to supporting artists and developing a sustainable cultural ecosystem in Montreal.
The Alliance promotes collaboration between artists, institutions and international partners, while producing large-scale artistic projects that contribute to the cultural vitality of the community.

Organizational structure
The NextGen Artists Alliance of Canada is governed by a board of directors responsible for governance, strategic planning and financial oversight.
The artistic direction ensures the creative direction and development of projects, in line with the mission and long-term objectives of the Alliance.
The organizational model is based on a clear distinction between governance, management and artistic direction, ensuring transparency, accountability and institutional stability.
